Shipping and Returns

Please allow me 3-5 business days to get your item/s lovingly handmade and ready to ship. If you need your item faster please let me know.

Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email from me that will contain your tracking info.

Shipping is provided by Australia Post and takes approx. 2-5 business days within Australia (regular post), 1-3 days express post- and 5-12+ business days outside of Australia. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to hand make your order on top of the shipping times. Please let me know if you have any questions. Get in touch asap if you need your order by a certain date and I will do my best to work within that time frame if possible.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 4 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Change of mind refunds are allowed as long as the item has not been worn, the buyer must pay return shipping, the refund is product cost only not the shipping.
