Shipping, Production and Packaging Info

● Production Methods: I personally hand-saw, fabricate, solder, sand, and tumble polish and package every piece and order in my studio—no outsourcing involved. Every item is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. I handle your order from start to finish, so if you need anything customized, just let me know.

 

● Packaging: Items come safely packaged in a black gift box, and placed into a pretty kraft paper bag. I include a business card and a free polishing cloth.

I do not include a printed receipt so you can have your purchase shipped directly to your recipient. I try to not use too much unnecessary packaging to save on costs and environmental impact, but your items will arrive to you safe and sound:)
 (Look out for an A5 sized white bubble mailer envelope in the mail)

 

● International orders do require a brief item description and the retail price to be included on the shipping label, and in some countries a ‘customs copy’ of the shipping label needs to be included inside the package.
